3. Data Processing and Retention Principles

We employ strict data minimization and purpose limitation protocols. The Service acts as a transient data processor:

• Zero-Retention Policy: User-uploaded photographs and generated AI outputs are processed strictly in-memory. They are purged from our servers and graphics processing units (GPUs) immediately upon request fulfillment.
• Anonymization: Anthropometric inputs are decoupled from personally identifiable information (PII) during the generation phase.
• Third-Party AI Models: We utilize proprietary and third-party models (e.g., Google Nano Banana, Cloud Custom AI) under strict data processing agreements that prohibit the use of our transient data for external model training.

4. Merchant Responsibilities

Merchants and store owners acting as Data Controllers must ensure they have obtained requisite end-user consent before embedding our VTO widget. Controllers are independently responsible for maintaining their own comprehensive privacy policies disclosing the use of third-party virtual try-on technologies.
